In-Home Classes
I offer two types of in-home music training, General and Guitar. Both types study general music, ear training, composition, performance, music theory, music history, critical listening, and how to practice. The primary difference is that General Music classes learn these things primarily through singing vs through guitar.
Written Materials
All music, exercises and other written study materials will be provided digitally. I will not ask students to purchase texts or music.
Loaner Instruments
Loaner instruments, when available, can be borrowed by students who do not yet own or have access to a guitar. Instruments can be borrowed for up to 8 weeks. There is a one-time $35 restring fee due in advance. Students are responsible for any damage done to the instrument while in their care and will be expected to promptly cover any necessary repairs.
